EWA - Looking Ahead

Take note:

  • Our next meeting is set for Wednesday, May 26, 2015.
  • We will soon be closing reservations for our 35th anniversary event to be held on Monday, June 1, at Blackberry Farm.

EWA 30th Anniversary Trivia Quiz

For our 30th Anniversary event, Dawn Ford and Jeannie Dulaney put together a 30-question trivia quiz to test our knowledge about current and past female leaders in our community. The quiz is fun and informative and is a good reminder of how far we’ve come in terms of female leadership in the past 30 years. View the quiz.

About EWA

Executive Women's Association (EWA) was founded in 1979 for the purpose of affording mutual support; facilitating common education from sharing information, experience and ideas; enhancing the potential of women executives; enabling women to attain leadership positions in the community; and encouraging women to aspire to the highest career goals. Currently, EWA has approximately 170 members. Our meetings are typically held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at Ruth's Chris Steak House, although occasionally we will meet at other locations of interest to the membership. There are also several  After Hours events scheduled during the year. Some prior outings have included a Garden Party at the home of EWA member Sharon Pryse, a walking tour of downtown lofts, plays at the Clarence Brown and Tennessee Theatres, a visit to Richard Jolley's Studio, and congratulatory receptions for EWA members achieving significant milestones.
